Required Document for Non-Forest Land NOC & Distance from Forest

1.  Scanned copy of Khasara/Khatouni.
2.  Scanned copy of Approved Map with GEo Tag.
3.  Scanned copy of Letter of Revenue Department.

Process Flow for Apply for Non-Forest Land & Distance from Forest

1.  a) The applicant will open the department portal at https://upforest.org/noccertificateservice/
    b) Register with Online portal using their personal Details and Contact Details.
   c) A user id and password will be generated and sent through Email/SMS.
   d) Applicant should verify email id and mobile no.
   e) Now using the User id and Password, user is able to login to department portal.

2.  After logging into the department portal, the Applicant has to fill the Application Form for non forest land and covering area specific information.   Applicant needs to upload required documents.
3.  After filling form and uploading all required documents.
4.  Applicant submits application and can then track its application through application number.
5.  Department Divisional Officer at district Scrutinizes the application and if there is any query then department will raise the query otherwise they will start   inspection process.
6.  Applicant has to respond on the queries raised by Department within 7 working days.
7.  On the basis of scrutiny and inspection report, department uploads the inspection report which is generated by joint inspection of revenue and forest  department.
8.  Applicant open Certificate/ NoC Issued tab and click link to download the NOC /Inspection report.
9.   There is no requirement of fees.
10.  Applicant Downloads the Digitally signed NOC certificate from department portal.
